Initiating and leading a collaboration | 2h00 | 11 lessons

In this module you will learn:

  • how to monitor progress and how to address delays if they occur
  • how to handle people leaving or joining the project
  • how to resolve disagreements or poor team dynamics
  • how to manage stress
  • how to deal with challenges relating to ethics and misconduct
  • how to manage shared funds and resources and what to do if you go over-budget.
