Tamara Welschot

Tamara has been the Head of Research Integrity, Prevention in the Springer Nature Research Integrity Group since May 2017. Tamara looks after resources on research integrity and publication ethics for editors, authors and reviewers, and oversees projects on preventing and detecting misconduct. Before taking up this role, Tamara was the Director of Research Integrity and Publishing Services, where she led Springer’s strategy and standards on publication ethics and provided advice on a wide range of ethical issues, as well as providing representation on industry committees such as COPE, CrossCheck, and the Transfer Code of Practice.
