Grace Fisher-Adams
Grace took up the role of Chief Research Policy Officer at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in 2020 and is responsible for ensuring that the researchers at the institution are supported in meeting the requisite ethical and compliance regulations and policies. After obtaining her PhD in Molecular Biology and her Juris Doctor, Grace became Associate General Counsel at Caltech, focusing on regulatory compliance and patent law. In 2011, Grace became the Director of Research Compliance at Caltech, establishing the Office of Research Compliance. She later served as the Associate Vice Provost for Research Policy and Integrity at Stanford University before returning to Caltech in her current role.
