Oliver Graydon

Oliver is Chief Editor of Nature Photonics, a journal he joined in January 2006. As Chief Editor, he handles research papers covering new and emerging fields, and evaluates new methodologies for their rigour and accuracy. Oliver has a first-class degree in Physics from Imperial College London and a PhD in optical communications from the University of Southampton’s Optoelectronics Research Centre. He subsequently joined the Institute of Physics Publishing Ltd, where he held several posts, including editor of the monthly magazine Opto & Laser Europe and its associated website Optics.org[CN1] , before joining Nature Photonics.
