Michael Dahlstrom

Michael holds a Liberal Arts and Sciences Dean’s Professorship and conducts research that explores how the use of storytelling techniques in science communication across a diverse range of contexts, including health, agriculture and environmental communication. His research has been widely published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, PLOS Biology, Communication Research and Science Communication. He also co-edited Ethics and Practice in Science Communication, an edited volume which focuses on the often overlooked ethical challenges experienced in science communication.
