Dr. Corbett-Helaire is an assistant professor of Immunology and Infectious Diseases at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Howard Hughes Medical Institute Freeman Hrabowski Scholar. Dr. Corbett-Helaire is one of the scientists whose research in early 2020 helped to develop an mRNA-based vaccine for COVID-19 and for this work was recognised as one of TIMEs 'heroes of the year'. In 2022 she was chosen as Nature’s ‘Inspiring Women in Science’ award winner.
