Gaynor Roberts

Gaynor works as Head of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) at Springer Nature, leading the creation of products and services that help researchers with their careers. Gaynor has over 25 years’ experience in commercial product creation in the academic and educational sectors. In 2014 she founded the publishing and CPD product teams at AXELOS Global Best Practice. She then moved on to manage the publishing arm of the IISS, a global think tank, before taking a year’s CPD break herself, qualifying as a certified coach. After creating her own coaching business to help professionals develop their careers, Gaynor has returned to her publishing roots at Springer Nature.
