You are agreeing to sign up to a years 'lab licence' to Nature Masterclasses online which includes access to 15 users at a price of  EUR €5,970/ GBP £5,238 / USD $6,681 / JPY ¥728,723 / CNY 46,166 / AUD $9,617.

All amounts payable by Customer shall be exclusive of any sales, use, withholding, value added or similar taxes, government fees or levies or other assessments (“Taxes”). If, based on applicable law, any Taxes are or become chargeable, Customer will reimburse the Springer Nature invoicing entity by means of paying an amount equal to the amount of such Taxes in addition to and at the same time as paying the principal amounts. Springer Nature shall provide to Customer an appropriate invoice as required by law.

The billing date will be based on the date stated above.
